It does not replace:
- risk assessments
- method statements
- site inductions
- competent supervision
- PPE
- construction planning
- CDM duties
- statutory health and safety requirements
BEFORE ACCEPTING WORK
Work-seekers should consider:
- Is the job description clear?
- Is the location clear?
- Is the scope clear?
- Is the price clear?
- Are the dates clear?
- Do I have the required skills?
- Do I have the required qualifications?
- Do I have the required equipment?
- Do I understand the known hazards?
- Do I understand the PPE requirements?
If something important is unclear, ask before accepting.
CONTRACTORS / HIRERS
Job posters should provide relevant information about:
- work
- location
- dates
- hours
- hazards
- PPE
- qualifications
- training
- access
- equipment
- site requirements
Do not assume ConSolves has assessed the site.
REPORT A JOB
Users can report:
- unsafe work
- fake jobs
- fraud
- discrimination
- fake qualifications
- harassment
- illegal activity
- misleading information
REPORT A USER
Users can report another account where they believe the account has breached ConSolves rules.
EMERGENCY
ConSolves is not an emergency service.
If there is an immediate danger to life or serious injury, contact the appropriate emergency services.
Do not rely on ConSolves to respond to an emergency.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER A REPORT?
ConSolves may review the report and take appropriate action.
This may include:
- contacting the relevant user
- requesting further information
- removing content
- restricting an account
- suspending an account
- terminating an account
- referring the matter to an appropriate authority where necessary
We will not automatically assume that every report is proven.
