Work-Seeker Rules
Rules for people looking for construction work through ConSolves.

By using ConSolves to seek work, you agree that:
- your profile information is accurate
- your experience is accurately described
- your qualifications are genuine
- your cards and training information is accurate
- you will not claim qualifications you do not have
- you will not impersonate another person
- you will only accept work you are suitably able and legally permitted to perform
"I CAN TAKE THIS JOB"
Selecting "I CAN TAKE THIS JOB" means:
"I am interested in this work and am willing to be considered for it."
It does NOT automatically mean:
- a contract has been created
- ConSolves has guaranteed the work
- you are self-employed
- you have been legally classified as a subcontractor
- the price has been accepted
- the contractor has accepted you
The parties should confirm the relevant arrangements before starting work.
QUALIFICATIONS
Never upload or claim:
- fake CSCS cards
- fake certificates
- fake training records
- fake identity documents
- fake insurance
- qualifications belonging to another person
SAFETY
Only accept work that you are suitably capable, trained and authorised to perform.
If you believe a job is unsafe or lacks important information, ask the contractor for clarification before agreeing to undertake it.
You may report unsafe work through ConSolves.
